AB Mauri production facilities in Bandırma have the following certificates and production activities take place accordingly: FSSC 22000 Food Security Systems, ISO 9000 Quality Management Certificate, ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System, ISO 18001 Occupational Health Security Management System, ISO 14001 Environment Management System and TSE (Turkish Institute of Standards) Halal Certificate.

Quality control analysis of production is done at all stages, starting from raw materials. Temperatures of transporters and cold storage rooms in franchises and products that are delivered in cold chain are tracked; therefore the entire chain of delivery is monitored.
