Ingredients:
Wheat flour, whole wheat flour, rye flour, corn flour, corn semolina, roasted wheat malt flour, enzymes (fungal alpha amylase, lipase, hemicellulase) – (Contains gluten.)

Usage Information

Mauri Anadolu Country Bread Mix (Mauri Anadolu Köy Ekmeği Miksi): 20 KG
Mauri Yeast (Mauri Maya): 0,6 KG
Salt: 0,3 KG
Water: 12 – 12,5 Lt

Kneading Duration

Slowly for 3 min. + quickly for 5-6 min. at the Spiral Mixer

Dough Temperature

23 – 25 °C

Baking Duration

25 – 30 min. at 230 °C with steam.
