Ingredients:
Wheat flour, rye flour (6.4%), whole wheat flour, barley flour (6.4%), millet (5.1%), sunflower seed, sesame, flaxseed, corn semolina, roasted wheat malt flour, enzymes (fungal alpha amylase, lipase, hemicellulase) – (Contains gluten and sesame.)

Usage Information

Mauri Anadolu Multigrain Bread Mix (Mauri Anadolu Bol Tahıllı Ekmek Miksi): 20 KG
Mauri Yeast (Mauri Maya): 0,6 KG
Salt: 0,3 KG
Water: 12 – 12,5 Lt

Kneading Duration

Slowly for 3 min. + quickly for 5-6 min. at the Spiral Mixer

23 – 25 °C
