Wheat flour, rye flour, roasted malt flour, gluten, enzymes (fungal alpha amylase, hemicellulase) – (Contains gluten. May contain trace amounts of sesame.)

Kneading Duration

Slowly for 3 min. + quickly for 5-6 min. at the Spiral Mixer

Dough Temperature

23 – 25 °C

Baking Duration

25 – 30 min. at 240 °C with steam.
